Grading and Shipping Policy

Please note that our pins are considered to be Fantasy Pins and are uniquely produced from fan art. None of our products are licensed by Disney, Lucasfilm, Bioware, or any other company. Any Disney pin purchased from our shop cannot be traded in Disney Parks or with Disney Cast Members. By purchasing our pins, you agree to all terms and conditions provided on this website. 

PIN GRADING
Presale: These are the absolute best of the bunch. These may have extremely small flaws that are typically only visible under a magnifier and bright light or at an extreme angle. These will not have a flaw that detracts from the pins' beauty to the naked eye.

Standard Grade (A): These are typically also close to presale grade. But their flaws may include a tiny dot in the enamel that is difficult to see or a very small/shallow amount of underfill. These will usually have no flaws that are easily detectable at first glance.

Minor Flawed (B): These pins have one or two small flaws that do not necessarily detract from the pin. But they may be visible with inspection. Minor Flaws Include pinpricks, tiny scratches, underfill, minor effect or screenprint misalignment, and other small issues. 

Major Flawed (C): These pins have at least one flaw that is visible to the naked eye but still small enough to be considered a worthwhile pin. Flaws may include chipped metal, deep enamel underfill, small discolorations, scratches, or large pinpricks.

No Grade (NOT sold): These pins have flaws that take away from the face value of the pin itself. They will NOT be sold, but in the future some may go for charity auction or possibly be turned into magnets/keychains! They will never be sold as is or auctioned for profit.

We would never sell a pin that we would not gladly own ourselves!

SHIPPING POLICY
Please closely review our shipping policy described below and understand that purchasing any of our products constitutes agreeing with said policy. 

Please note that we ship all of our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise discussed and paid for. 

Processing may take up to a week depending on the number of orders, but we promise to always do our best to get you prompt and easy service. Our pins ship attached to a backing card unique art with pin backs, secured with bubble wrap.

SHIPPING SPEED:
Please reach out to us if you need expedited shipping before placing your order. 

At this time, the USPS continues to experience extreme delays and issues in shipping. We will do our utmost to ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), but please note that we have no control over what happens to your package once it is in the USPS system. If there are any substantial delays and you require assistance in contacting the USPS about your package, please email us so we can communicate and coordinate with you. 

We do not regularly offer insurance but will communicate with you if your package has been insured. Often, we will determine if a product requires insurance based on the value of the product itself. We will cover any and all insurance we deem necessary. If you purchase a product and wish to request that your package be insured, please contact us via email with your order number and we will coordinate the purchase of additional insurance for your shipment. 

If your item is LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED and YOUR PACKAGE IS INSURED, please contact us so that we may coordinate an insurance claim for your product. 

INTERNATIONAL:
At this time, we are offering shipping to the European Union, but we are not able to remit customs and VAT fees. To state it plainly, we are a very small business and frankly cannot afford to register for a VAT number. Therefore, any buyer within the European Union will be responsible for paying any and all customs, VAT, and duty fees accrued from their product being shipped to them.  

We are also willing to ship to a US-based "drop buddy" address for our international buyers. However, once your product arrives at the US-based address, we are no longer responsible for it. Please ensure that you TRUST the person you are shipping your product to and that you are sure that you will receive your product from them. We are not responsible for any products that your third-party partner fails to ship to you or any items that are lost or damaged in transit from these third-party partners. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
If you require an address update, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via the contact email. We will also ask for address changes via our social media. If your item has already been shipped by us and is with the USPS, please ensure that you have mail forwarding set up. We will not intercept your mail and we are not responsible for recollecting any packages once they have been delivered. If your address is completely incorrect, then we will wait to see if the product is returned to us, then contact you about having it shipped out again. 

We will NOT do any address changes for anyone but the original buyer and we will NOT ship out trades for you.  Your product will be shipped to you or (in the case of international buyers ONLY) to your third-party partner with confirmation that it is a third-party partner. After this, you are responsible for all trade/additional shipping. If we find out that you have had us ship an item to a trade partner rather than to the address of the buyer, we may bar you from future sales at our discretion.
